AT NOSE

With a beautiful intensity, on woody, grilled, toasted notes, this rich nose recalls aromas of vanilla and white fruits. It then opens with childhood memories, aromas of very ripe mirabelle plums and small salted butter shortbread cookies.

THE PALATE

The attack, soft and fresh, is well structured. A very well integrated woodiness and fine bitterness bring refinement and elegance. The finish is accompanied by notes of fresh almond, apricot, peach and white fig. This rich and ample wine has a very fine gastronomic dimension.

Ce vin peut venir en accompagnement d'un Poke bowl, d'une poularde ou d'un poisson gras en sauce, de trompettes de la mort ou de morilles. Il se mariera aussi avec les fromages à pâte dure ou bien une tarte aux mirabelles.
