VISUAL ASPECT
Light golden straw color.
AT NOSE
Expressive and distinctive nose reminiscent of the barrel with its round and vanilla notes. The bouquet becomes more complex with light notes of candied mirabelle plum, over-ripened white peach and the typicity of Pinot Auxerrois which remains delicate but very present.
THE PALATE
Fine and delicate attack that then gives way to a very expressive bouquet reminiscent of the aromas found on the nose. The structure marked by the wood remains delicate and soft thanks to the presence of a slight sweetness that gives flexibility to the wine despite its richness and character. Nice length in the mouth.
WINE PAIRINGS
This wine can accompany white meats such as veal blanquette or roast chicken with mild spices such as paprika, tandoori chicken (masala).
