Pinot Gris Ruby 2021

VISUAL ASPECT

Brilliant and dazzling like a ruby. The tears, numerous and thick, demonstrate all the richness of this maceration wine.

AT NOSE

Very expressive, with aromas of very ripe damson, then opens with beautiful peppery and spicy notes.

THE PALATE

The attack is fresh with aromas of very ripe or even candied red fruits, like a chutney of cherries and Agen prunes. The tannins are supple and silky, they bring subtlety and elegance to this very airy Pinot Gris. In the mid-palate, a fatty sensation gives a full and textured mouthfeel. At the end of the palate, beautiful structuring bitters and a tactile sensation reminiscent of the fine and delicate skin of Pinot Gris, bring beautiful length.

WINE PAIRINGS

To be enjoyed with just grilled rock fish, veal carpaccio, as well as a plate of Pata Negra ham.
