VISUAL ASPECT
Pale yellow, slightly salmon.
AT NOSE
The nose is typified by the grape variety with its floral notes of muscari, violet and marshmallow. A slight smoky hint.
THE PALATE
A young, fresh and dynamic attack. We find the floral notes felt on the nose. A rather dry finish which leaves a nice impression of solid structure.
WINE PAIRINGS
It goes perfectly with traditional dishes or typical meats, a cassoulet, a quiche Lorraine or a crusted ham.
