A fresh pear nose, aromas of spring flowers such as thrush. Some exotic notes of pineapple and spices, maple syrup which reflect a good maturity of the grapes.
THE PALATE
The attack is flexible but fresh, the aromatic structure is well present, it confirms the pear and the pineapple already present on the nose, but also the elderflower. An tangy note gives it a fresh finish over a good length.
