Potato pancakes au gratin with munster
Simple and effective, this pancake served with a good green salad is traditionally used as a dish. But in miniature format, they make a typical and fun aperitif, to be enjoyed with your fingers!
Instructions
  1. Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
  2. Wring them out a bit and add the flour, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic and parsley. Mix everything well.
  3. Heat a pan with a little oil.
  4. Take small piles, then place them in the pan.
  5. Brown them on each side then drain them on absorbent paper.
  6. Place them on a baking dish and add a few slices of bacon, onions and munster on the patties.
  7. Place in the oven at 180 ° C to brown everything.
  8. Make a green salad and some raw vegetables served in the treviso leaves and place them in the center of the plate.
  9. Add the pancakes then enjoy.
