Instructions
- Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
- Drain them and add the flour, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic and parsley. Mix everything.
- Heat a pan with a little oil.
- Take small piles, then place them in the pan.
- Brown them on each side then drain them on absorbent paper.
- Place them on a baking dish and cover them with the bacon slices, onions and munster cheese.
- Bake at 180°C to brown everything.
- Make a green salad and some raw vegetables. Place them in the center of the plate to place the pancakes.
