Potato pancakes au gratin with munster
Simple and effective, this pancake served with a good green salad is traditionally used as a dish. But in miniature format, they make a typical and fun aperitif, to be enjoyed with your fingers!

Ingredients
3-4
potatoes
1
case
of flour
2
eggs
A few
slices of bacon
1
onion cut into thin strips
1
munster
1
green salad
assorted raw vegetables
2
large leaves of treviso
Salt and pepper from the mill
1
pinch
nutmeg
1
gousse d’ail
parsley
Instructions
Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
Drain them and add the flour, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic and parsley. Mix everything.
Faire chauffer une poêle avec un fond d’huile.
Take small piles, then place them in the pan.
Brown them on each side then drain them on absorbent paper.
Place them on a baking dish and cover them with the bacon slices, onions and munster cheese.
Bake at 180°C to brown everything.
Faire une salade verte et quelques crudités. Les disposer au centre de l’assiette pour y déposer les galettes.
