Instructions
  1. Put the meat to marinate with pinot noir overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Drain meat and discard marinade.
  3. Put the pig's feet in the dish, cover with potatoes, add the remaining meat, season and finish with a mixture of apple layer of earth-onions and carrots leeks.
  4. Cover with pinot noir and if necessary complete with water.
  5. Bake the dish, with a bead of aluminum foil on the top of the dish, during 3-4h by starting in a hot oven (180 degrees) to boiling then reduce the oven (150 degrees).
