VISUAL ASPECT
Dark garnet-ruby color.
AT NOSE
An open, rich and woody nose with notes of vanilla and candied red fruits, black cherry and raspberry. A few light warm notes announce a nice concentration.
THE PALATE
The attack is delicate, supple, the wine takes possession of the mouth gradually. Aromas of small, ripe black fruits reminiscent of the undergrowth, give a perception of great richness, almost sweetness. The structure is well structured with very present but silky and elegant tannins, they accompany the wine throughout its length. The mineral and persistent finish leaves a very delicious sensation.

This very beautiful Pinot Noir goes perfectly with roast beef, venison stew or game with character.
