VISUAL ASPECT
Dark garnet-ruby color.
AT NOSE
Open, warm and woody wine with notes of vanilla and candied red fruits such as black cherry and raspberry. We can discern light warm notes, heralding the concentration and structure of the wine on the palate.
THE PALATE
The attack is delicate, with very present tannins while remaining supple and well integrated. The structure of the wine is square. The fruitiness, which is also present on the palate, is reminiscent of black berries and undergrowth. An impression of sweetness can reveal some aromas of Cranberry. It has a very good length in the mouth and a good maintenance of tannins which persist throughout the tasting, while remaining very elegant.
WINE PAIRINGS
This wine will be a nice agreement with roast beef, a venison stew or a character game.
