Medium-intensity golden yellow.
AT NOSE
Very floral nose reminiscent of the pansy, mallow and flowery undergrowth of summer. A spicy note of freshly cut bark enhances the aromatic bouquet.
THE PALATE
The attack is fine and soft, giving way to a full mouthfeel with exotic notes of mango and sweet plum plum notes. The structure of the wine has a long and silky finish.
WINE PAIRINGS
Very good to taste as an aperitif or with fatty white meat such as a veal blanquette. If a little originality tempts you, it will also be the good companion to a chicken tagine with prunes and honey or even couscous.
