VISUAL ASPECT
Pale yellow, fine bubble.
AT NOSE
Fruity with notes of peach, custard and lemon meringue pie. Wine with yeast character.
THE PALATE
The bubble is thin and relatively well present. Aromas of pear, yellow peach and toast. Fine structure and good length in the mouth. Fresh end of mouth.

This wine can be tasted during your aperitifs and will accompany both rillettes and fresh shrimps.
