Un nez expressif de Gewurztraminer, riche et fruité, domine et présente des notes aromatiques épicées. Ce vin est issu de petits raisins provenant d’une sélection parcellaire spécifique de nos vignes à Dorlisheim. Le profil de ce vin associe concentration, richesse et chaleur.
THE PALATE
The attack is round and very fruity. The sweetness of the wine is subtly supported by the elegance of exotic fruits. So, although rich, fruity and sweet, this wine is very well structured and very pleasant to drink. The very spicy finish is dominated by notes of Sichuan pepper, the origin of the name of this beautiful vintage.

This complex wine can accompany an aperitif, a baked Mont d’Or, a tartiflette or even Asian cuisine such as a pork curry with mango or even Alsatian gingerbread.
