Ingredients
- 2 liters white wine to try with Gewurztraminer / or Pinot Gris / or even Rosé from Domaine Becht
- 200 g sugarcane
- 4 apricots or peaches or nectarines
- 2 untreated oranges
- 10-15 strawberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 vanilla beans
- 1 litre the lemonade

Instructions
- In a pan, heat to boiling 1 liter of white wine with half the sugar, cinnamon and the vanilla pods
- Leave to cool for one hour
- Add the remaining wine, sugar and cut fruit
- Marinate several hours
- Add lemonade when serving
