- 1 bottle de Gewurztraminer du Domaine Becht
- 1 bottle Crémant Brut Auxerre Domaine Becht
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 75 cl carbonated water
- 1 trait syrup grenadine
- 4 lemons untreated
- 2 untreated oranges

Instructions
- Cut the lemons and oranges into thin slices and remove seeds if necessary.
- In a large bowl, mix Gewurztraminer, powdered sugar and slices of lemons and oranges.
- Let the punch cool for at least 10 hours before serving.
- Then, add sparkling water and sparkling wine and mix well.
- Pour a dash of grenadine in the punch to slightly coloring and stir well.
Recipe Notes
Technique for rimming a glass with sugar: Put some syrup (grenadine, for example) or lemon juice into a dish and dip the top of the glass. Dip the glass in the caster sugar, and that's it !!!
