Instructions
  1. Blanch the butter and the icing sugar with the beater sheet.
  2. Add the egg and mix.
  3. Add the almond powder and mix.
  4. Add the flour in 3 batches and mix gently.
  5. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or at best overnight.
  6. Mix the cream and the eggs.
  7. Mix in a bowl apart from the flour, sugar and vanilla.
  8. Gently fold the flour / sugar mixture into the egg / cream mixture.
  9. Roll out the sweet dough in a 26-28 cm mold, add ~ 1 kg of blueberries and then the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
